National Hare & Hound Round 1:
Location: Lucerne Valley, CA

After a hard day of battling the dusty riding conditions Beta USA’s newly signed Support rider; Cole Conatser had a great first performance at round 1 of the National Hare & Hound series last weekend placing 1st in the pro 250 class and 8th overall.

Beta Factory Team rider; Zane Roberts was able to place 4th in the open pro class after missing a course marker which caused some lost time and some re-navigating to get back on track. Factory teammate; Morgan Tanke finished with a 3rd place podium and was only one minute off of second place in the Women’s Pro class. Joe Wasson ran into a mechanical issue but was able to get back into the race to salvage some points.

Cole Conatser commented:
“This weekend I got 1st place in Pro 250, and 8th place overall. The course was a lot faster than what I am used to riding, but with the technical sections in loop 2 I was able to work my way around a lot of people. I am looking forward to Texas round 2, I heard it is slower and more technical, which is what I like!”
